Limited Product Warranty

Generally

Precision Millwork guarantees its Work against deficiencies and defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery, provided that the product meets the requirements for this warranty. Promptly upon discovery of an alleged defect, a written notice identifying and describing the alleged defect must be delivered to Precision Millwork to initiate a claim. To preserve warranty coverage, Precision Millwork must be permitted to inspect the allegedly defective product in any and all locations such product was kept by the Customer. Returning any products to Precision Millwork shall void the warranty. Precision Millwork will not be held liable for any products that have been repaired, returned or replaced without prior written consent by Precision Millwork. If Precision Millwork determines a defect exists, the Client’s sole remedy will be as follows: defective products will be repaired to the stage of finishing in which they were originally furnished. Precision Millwork will not be held liable for any damages or finishing costs resulting from the repair or replacement of products. Furthermore, Precision Millwork will not be responsible for any costs associated with removal or reinstallation of products that were not originally installed by Precision Millwork. If the written claim of defect is found to be invalid by Precision Millwork, in its sole discretion, no repair, replacement, or refund will be made.
